
Danielle Chesky has been named the inaugural USL Super League Referee of the Year, with Jessica Carnevale claiming the honor of the USL Super League Assistant Referee of the Year.
Alex Prus, Director of PRO2 Match Officials, said: “On behalf of PRO, I would like to congratulate all the nominees for setting a high standard of officiating within the USL Super League. A special commendation goes to Danielle and Jessica for their outstanding performances, which have earned them recognition through their awards.
“As the Super League takes a break until August, we will continue to work with all our officials in the PRO2 space and support their ongoing development, building on the strong progress made in the first half of the year.”
“We are proud to spotlight two of the top officials from the 2024/25 USL Super League season as part of our ongoing partnership with PRO,” said Brett Luy, the USL’s President of Competition and Administration. “High-level officiating is essential to advancing the women’s game, and supporting and recognizing quality officials is a vital part to our commitment to growing the sport in the United States.”
